The set-up there is very professional and they know what they are doing.
I have been to East Coast Commercials on two occasions now, and have come away satisfied both times.
They have a huge complex, dedicated to the sales, service and spare parts for trucks, including Fiat.
The service reception area is clearly indicated, off road, and a receptionist is there from 0800 every day.
The service manager’s office is next to reception, and the incumbent person is prompt and professional at all times.
The customer service culture is commendable!
Take a trip to East Coast’s premises on Beaudesert Road at Acacia Ridge and have a look for yourself; your customer service reputation will be enhanced by the switch and so will Jayco’s!
