Brisbane's Fiat Ducato service centre
East Coast Commercials Service Centre is an authorised Fiat Professional service centre on Beaudesert Road in Acacia Ridge. We have been servicing Brisbane's commercial vehicles for over 30 years.
The Ducato is a work van, and it is also the base vehicle under many motorhomes and campervans. A courier van and a motorhome are used very differently, so we check them for different things.
Our technicians are factory trained, we fit genuine Fiat parts and our parts department is on site. We also service Peugeot, Citroën and Farizon, so a mixed fleet can use one workshop.

Motorhome and campervan servicing
Our workshop was built for large vehicles. High-clearance bays take coachbuilt motorhomes and long wheelbase vans that many workshops cannot fit.
A motorhome can sit for months and then cover a long trip fully loaded. We service the Fiat base vehicle with that in mind, and look closely at tyres, brakes, batteries, suspension and fluids.

Our mechanics travel in a dedicated mobile service van and carry out selected Fiat servicing and repairs at your depot, workplace or home. It suits vehicles that are hard to move and businesses that cannot spare a van for the day. Work that needs a hoist is booked into Acacia Ridge.

Where can I get my Fiat Ducato serviced in Brisbane?

Do you service Fiat Ducato motorhomes and campervans?

What does a Ducato service include?
The scheduled work for your model and kilometres. That usually means engine oil and oil filter, air, fuel and cabin filters as they fall due, brakes and brake fluid, cooling system, steering, suspension and tyres, and a check of the AdBlue and emissions system.
Do you offer mobile Fiat servicing?
Yes. Our mobile mechanics carry out selected servicing and repairs on site across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Work that needs a hoist is done at Acacia Ridge.
Will servicing with you keep my Fiat warranty?
We are an authorised Fiat Professional service centre. We service to the Fiat schedule with genuine parts and factory trained technicians. The full warranty terms are set by Fiat and are in the service and warranty booklet that came with your vehicle.
My Ducato has an AdBlue warning. What should I do?
On the Series 7, refill when the 600 km message appears and do not overfill the tank. Do not let the countdown reach zero, because the engine will not restart. If a warning stays on after a refill, call (07) 3276 4733.
Can I get a loan vehicle while my Fiat is in?
Yes, by booking. Our loan fleet has Ducato Series 9 vans, cars and a 4x4. A daily rate applies, so ask when you book and we will check what is free for your date.
