All courtesy vehicle bookings are completed over the phone with our service team. This allows us to confirm availability and organise the most suitable vehicle for your booking.
Bring your vehicle to our Acacia Ridge workshop at your scheduled booking time. Our team will check your vehicle in and prepare your courtesy vehicle for collection.
Continue with work, travel, deliveries, or day to day commitments while our technicians complete the servicing, repairs, or warranty work on your vehicle.
Once your vehicle is ready, simply return the courtesy vehicle when collecting your own vehicle from our workshop. Fuel and toll charges are finalised during collection.

Fuel Policy
All loan vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. It is the driver’s responsibility to return the vehicle with a full tank.
Toll Charges
All loan vehicles are fitted with toll tags so tolls can be managed easily during the loan period.
A list of tolls accumulated during the loan period will be provided to the driver, and toll charges are payable when your vehicle is collected.
Insurance Excess
If the loan vehicle is involved in an accident, a $2,000 insurance excess may be payable.
This excess applies where:
The driver is at fault in the accident
The driver is unable to provide the third party driver’s licence details
The driver is unable to provide the third party insurance details
Daily Vehicle Charges
A daily charge may apply where:
The vehicle being serviced was not purchased through East Coast Commercials
The vehicle is under manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer’s contribution is not approved under the warranty terms and conditions
