Stephen kindly showed me how to access the battery should I need to trickle charge in future , as well as ensuring I knew how to access the spare tyre , since I had never done it and thought it may be different since the recall . The office staff/ managers all made sure I had everything I needed while I waited.
The end-of-year rush is well underway, and we are helping customers get their vehicles sorted before the break.
