Loan Vehicle Options at East Coast Commercial Service

At East Coast Commercials Service, we have a selected number of vehicles available for use while your vehicle is with us for service or repair.

                            • Toyota Hilux: 1 vehicle

These vehicles are generally very popular and are managed on a booking’s basis. If you repair the use of one of these vehicles, please ask the service advisor for the next available day that the vehicle of choice is available.

Important Information:

• The vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel, and it is the drivers responsibility to return the vehicle full.
• We also have Toll tags attached to all our vehicles so that tolls can be easily managed. We will provide the driver with a list of tolls accumulated during the loan period and this is payable on collection.
• With regards to insurance, there is a $2000 excess payable if the vehicle is involved in an accident. This excess is applicable if the driver is unable to provide the third party’s drivers license and insurance details and or when the driver is at fault in an accident.
• There may be a daily charge for the vehicle were:
  • The vehicle was not purchased through East Coast Commercials
  • Where the vehicle is under manufacturers warranty and the manufacturer contribution is not approved under the terms and conditions of warranty.
• Costs specific to vehicles are:
  • Passenger vehicles $55 per day
  • 4WD’s vehicles $75 per day
  • Commercial vehicles $110 per day
